Gold Medal Wrestling
Gold Medal Wrestling, open to both boys
and girls, was established in 1982 by a group of parents wishing to help
their children learn about the sport of Wrestling. The emphasis is to
allow any child to learn the basic fundamentals of wrestling.

Grades 4-8 and experienced 3 graders
(as determined by the coaching staff)

6:00-7:30 p.m.
DeForest High School wrestling room.
Cost
$60 per wrestler and includes the
following:

2 practices per week
·
USA card at a $35.00 value
·
Club T-shirt
·
Entry fee to 6 USA sanctioned tournaments
·
USA certified coaches.
Tournaments
· Held throughout the state on weekends beginning January 2011
·
Tournaments are optional and the club
covers the cost of 6 USA sanctioned events.
·
Tournament calendars will be handed out
monthly at practices.
